I would consider myself an expert mover and packer. I've moved more than 18 times—and that's not even counting all the moves within the same city.
But this last move was different. My kids are older now, our schedules are packed with camps, sports, and everyday life, and a month after moving in, I honestly thought we'd be living in "Box City" all summer.
Then I found Settled Haven.
Heidi is absolutely amazing. In just two days, she transformed our house from a maze of boxes into a home. I never would have thought to spend money on a service like this, but looking back, I only wish I had done it sooner.
Tonight is the first peaceful evening we've had in our new home, and you simply can't put a price on being able to start living in your house instead of constantly battling boxes. Without Heidi's help, our entire summer would have been consumed by an endless unpacking project squeezed between camps, practices, and everything else.

Heidi has been an absolute blessing! When we originally booked her services for a move to a smaller home, it was a luxury that we knew would come in handy to assist in downsizing. Then we had a family emergency, and my focus needed to be elsewhere. Heidi swooped in and saved the day. She needs no supervision and is completely trustworthy. In a matter of hours of boxes arriving at the new house, she had our bed made and started working on our priorities: coffee and basic kitchen necessities. In a matter of days, she had the majority of the house unpacked. We are also going through a renovation, and she organized boxes for our pantry and closet so we could live through the renovation until we could unpack completely. She also let us split our service so we could get settled and then finish the unpack once the renovation wrapped up a few weeks later. She knew the stress we were under, and before she left for the day, she made sure our bed was made, cleared the kitchen counter and took out our trash. That definitely wasn’t part of her scope, but her kindness and compassion shines through. I highly recommend Heidi for unpacking and organizing. She is diligent and focused whether you want to unpack with her or you need to off load this task to someone else, know that you can trust her to collaborate with you to get the job done. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her services in the future.
